Lis Wehl, born August 19, 1961 in the United States She is a writer and the former legal expert of Fox News.
Her previous position was as Assistant Professor of Law at The University of Washington Law School. In addition, she has made legal commentaries for Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor and National Public Radio. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning show and is the host of The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree from 1983. In 1985 she received her Master of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she earned an Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl worked as an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. She also worked as a NPR legal correspondent. She was the "deputy chief investigative attorney for Democrats on House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. She served as an associate professor of law with tenure on the University of Washington School of Law Seattle between 1995 and 2001. From 2001 until the year 2017 Wiehl worked as a legal analyst for Fox News.
